Your child had sealants placed today. He or she may eat or drink right away and will brush and floss their teeth as normal this evening. From now on your child should avoid eating hard, sticky candy or chewing large ice cubes in order to avoid fracture of the sealants. We will check the integrity of your child’s sealants at each check-up appointment.
